The Next Day

Don’t go too crazy on the drinks, however, as you should spend the following day at The Golden Circle, home to the Gullfoss waterfall, the Strokkur geyser, and Þingvellir National Park. Head out of town in a rental car or a bus, and pack plenty of entertainment for the 250km round trip. It’s entirely worth it to see the biggest tourist attraction in Iceland.
